Unused Integral Truck products may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:

Defective Items
If an item is defective or missing components, please contact us.

Defects caused by manufacturing or material issues are handled free of charge

Non-Defective Returns
For returns not related to defects:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Returns requiring repackaging may be subject to a fee
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed if:

The item is in new condition

The customer is responsible for shipping costs

The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Submit a separate return request for each item

Each return request generates one return shipping label for one package
Refunds
