There are many competitor's and prices out there. This is a good one with decent pricing. The only thing that would make this better is to have the ratchet on a swivel. The customer service is 5 stars. They are quick to respond and resolve any issues. There was a mishap with my shipping, but it was resolved within 24hrs.

Just installed them only used them a couple of times, but they worked as expected. Only a 4 since they are brand new and not truly tested yet.

I am giving 5 stars because I like the rail system and the retractable ratchet straps a lot. They seem to be high quality. I also want to give props to the text line that is on the website for being helpful and responsive. My entire purchase experience was very positive. I did say a "but..." in the title. this was only for the fact that I tried to use this with a factory ford drop in bedliner. This did not work at all. the holes in the bedliner are not large enough to mount the rails. So, in concurrence with the help line, I modified the bedliner by enlarging the holes. easy day, had the holes cut, installed the rail mounting brackets and that's when I had to give up. the ford drop in bedliner was a little bit smaller than the truck bed and the rails would not fit. that is when i had to cut my loses and remove the bedliner. Obviously, this is a Ford problem, not an Integral problem, but I feel like the non-compatibility issue should have been clearly stated. I was already sold on the rail system, but I could have saved $350 by having realistic expectations and NOT purchasing the bedliner from Ford.
Great product. This is the second set I bought. Putting in the wife car. Very easy to use the offset feature which is great for putting your holders in a tight spot. No issues with smaller base cups moving around.
I love the rails and tie down cleats. Both are sturdy and installation was easy. The center brackets to support the rails were defective but replaced promptly by the company so I can’t complain about that too much. My only gripe is the central opening in the cleats are not large enough for my liking. I wish the opening dimension perpendicular to the side walls of the truck bed was wider. I would rate the cleats and rails 4.8 stars.

This is the third system that I have bought over the last 5 years for 3 different trucks and it is the one I was hoping they all would have been. The quality from packaging to build material to the ease of the instructions was top notch. I didn’t get home until about 930 at night and I told my wife that install was only supposed to be 20 minutes and that I was going to give it a go. She laughed and said that I wouldn’t be done until after midnight. It took less than 25 minutes. Looks better and is more secure than any of the others. Thank you!!!

I bought two extra cleats with the rail system and two rachet straps. The extra cleats allow me to use my own tie down straps in addition to the two rachet straps I purchased. Additionally, it’s easy to move the cleats to the position you need them. Great products. Very well constructed and thought out system!
The straps slide on to the rail and lock down in seconds! Today I hauled a heavy generator in the back of my truck and it didn’t move on the 100 mile trip because it was secured with these. Easy one handed operation to strap down your cargo.

I love the Integral Swivel Straps for the Integral Rail. They were extremely easy to install. They swivel 360 degrees and can be secured anyplace along the rail. They are easy to use and work great! It is a must have addition to the Integral Rail system.
