I purchased the bedside rails only to verify the quality of the product. Once received I realized this product was top notch and met my initial needs. Had a little issue when I tried to over torque one of butterfly clamps but Jake was outstanding getting me replacement clamps immediately. Very excited about what new products they have in the pipeline and will definitely be a repeat customer. Yes i copied and pasted this comment. I couldn't have worded it better. Thanks Burl
First off, it does exactly what it says it will. Fit exactly as it said it would. Install took about 20 minutes because I had nothing else to piddle on that day. Finish seems to be a pretty durable, time will tell.
I had to return and re buy due to my mistake. Make sure you click the right product. Over all very happy with my purchase. Planning to finish up the install with the side rails and install things other than the packout kits.
I just recently saw these and was sceptical. I purchased them and I am extremely satisfied. I wish I found them sooner. Plus they had great customer service when I had a small pitching issue. They rectified it immediately.
huge improvement over the standard box link that ford makes. I have been eyeballing these for a while.
Pices seem solidly constructed and beefy, so that is a plus.
I like the packaging, although it would have been nice to have install instruction in the box. The install is simple but if you don't notice the note on the website noting the size of the tap required if your boxlink screws were not threaded there would be a little hunting for the right one. As it was I had to go to Ace Harware and get a tap anyway.
The install was relatively simple; however it was a mild pain getting the side pieces to line up correctly with the base and get the screws in. A small indentation or alignment pin or recess would definitely help in this.
Was also surprised that there were no lock washers included, I put a dab of locktite on the screws, but there was no mention (again no instructions) or reccomendation if you should use locktite or not.
Ultimately, I am happy with the product and would recommend it over the stock boxlink or the junk you find on Amazon. But the slightly wonky install precluded me from giving it full 5 stars.
Have several track straps that I use with my trailer these allow me to use them for my truck bed.
Fit perfectly into the Ford OEM rails in my 25 Maverick, got 4 tie down cleats for less the the cost of 2 from Ford. Also they seem to be more heavy duty, more metal than plastics.
The good: Fit and finish are amazing. The packaging is the best for this sort of product I have seen in my 30+ year carrer. Super easy to install.
The Bad: 2 of the nut-zerts were not collapsed enough and would spin at barely snug. I had to drill them out and replace them. I would like to see rubber bumpers at both the outter edges the same as the center to hold distance off the bulkhead, my packouts are "floppy" at the sides.
If I worked in a different industry and had no idea what a nut-zert was and did not stock them in my shop the review would be 3 stars as I can see how frustrating that would be for someone without the knowledge, or ability to easily address it.
Fits exactly as i wanted and does what it should , would be nice if the slide lock was a little more flush mount . could become an issue .

Great just as advertised
The fit perfectly in the rails on my F250. I purchased them to enable attachment of a fly rod holder and they do that very well. The quality of the rails and these rail nuts is excellent and seem to be very durable. I would love to see additional accessories available from integral as well, for example bike holders.

These tie down straps are a great addition to my F150 truck bed. Now I will NOT have to pull out those tangled straps I was using before. And they will be right there when I need them. Thank you Integral. KR
They seem great so far. Very solid and sturdy. My use case may be a little different than intended as i am not using the other mounting brackets, but attaching other accessories like a fly rod holder. This presents some challenges because these rails are not “standard” t-slots and I’ve had to come up with some work-a-rounds. It would also be nice if there were a wider variety of accessories. This is why i have given 4 stars.
The box link plate is just as described. It’s great quality and simple to install. I’m really happy with this purchase and my friends are jealous. Mission accomplished!
