I ordered 3 different box link packout racks for my new F150 King Ranch. I didn’t read the information properly and ended up with a 2 pack of single racks that just wouldn’t work for my application. Unfortunately I failed to realized this until after I had already installed one. I contacted the company via text message on a Sunday afternoon. By late evening someone reached out to me and said “It happen and we understand. Just return them and we’ll refund your money”. They even sent me a super discounted return shipping label.
