I work in RDT&E and am use to evaluating products. The box link pack out plate is well designed and robust. The install was easy with the thread making screws. My only observation was the coating on the screw head was so thick the provided T30 didn’t fit so I stepped down to a T27. I don’t see this as an issue since the coating will prevent rust. I look forward to seeing what else this company develops.

Pay Attention to what you are buying *Updated*
I'm not completely happy with Integral Truck. One of the main reasons I purchased is that the mounts had a locking mechanism for the tool boxes. All the videos on YouTube and the website focus on the lock. When I got mine it did not have a lock. As it turns out, some have them, some do not. I had to go back to the website and do a zoom in "visual inspection" to see that my mount did not have a lock.
So if you are buying, double check that the mount you are buying has the locking mechanism. Its a good product, well made and I'm going to keep it but it sure is going to be difficult to rig up some chains with locks to protect my tool boxes.
*UPDATE* Integral Truck reached out to me after seeing my dissatisfaction with the lock issue and I must say... I'm very impressed with the customer service and them wanting to solve the issue. They responded to each email within hours even during the Christmas/New Year holidays which spoke volumes to me. We have worked out an exchange to solve the issue. Thanks again for making this a great experience!!

Outstanding!
Purchased the two full panels and the two half panels great product work perfect! Buying a bedrack soon and will mount them on there will post pics when the rack is in. Only thing I can think of is if theres no pack out on it some one can come buy loosen my bolts and take off with the mount. Grant it they have to have the right socket. Just a thought. Either way awsome guys love it. Customer service was on point they sent out some extra t slot nuts for me couldn't be happier . Deliver was on time and as projected deffitnetly will order more when the time comes...

I ordered the bulkhead packout plate for my 2024 F250. I am in the process of using the plate to mount my onboard air system...not using for packout boxes. I had to modify the plate with my bed cover, but I knew this going in. The quality is excellent, finish is excellent, and the customer service is second to none! Install is a breeze and the holes line up perfectly....nothing like IKEA furniture. I also purchased the boxlink packout plate...again not using for the boxes and instead mounted two fire extinguishers. I removed the locking mechanism and routed my 1/4" air hose through the hole to the coupler which is in place of where the lock was. Almost like it was meant to be. Couldn't be happier!

Install was very easy and straight forward. I was impressed that the kit came with all new hardware and bits. How ever the front box plate when installed is very shaky and will need to be reinforced for it to last in an actual work truck that does work truck things. I was also extremely disappointed that only the half plates lock. I was under the impression that all of the mounting plates were lockable.

The plate fits perfectly, all good except for one thing.
The plate comes nested in a semi soft foam sleeve, totally protected from damage. Then it’s in a perfectly fitted cardboard box and then it’s in another cardboard box. This plate is so tough in could go into a 1 box in a plastic bag. This good company is spending too much on packing materials.
