Great Product (F350)
Amazing product. I have one full and one half pack out system in my F350, and they work great. I use them to store my hitches so they don't slide around. I did have to cut the corner of my case off for it to slide in properly, but that is because of how my bed cover works.

I ordered the full bedside kit for my 22SD. Upon receiving the kit I realized that one of the full sides would not fit because I have the trailer connections inside the bed. I emailed Jake and he was very understanding. He offered me an exchange for a single half plate and even refunded me the difference in price. He was super easy to work with. The plates well made and look great. They are easy to install and the instructions are very clear. The hardware supplies with the plates is of similar quality to the OEM hardware that comes with the truck. I have them installed on all four corners of my bed with packouts loaded up on all. I haven't had a single issue with them and they are very low profile which was essential for me.

Simple easy installation. Great design. I am a huge fan of how this works with my Packout system. If you have a Tundra, need to order the lowering extension tabs. This is a game-changer for carrying tools!! 10/10

The packout plate is good quality and does exactly what it is intended to do. However I am blown away with how great their customer serivce it. I ordered the packout plate for my husband as a christmas present without taking into consideration our 5th wheel hitch. Customer support was friendly and efficent while helping me correct my error. Once the returned item was received, the new item was promptly shipped.

Install was very easy and straight forward. I was impressed that the kit came with all new hardware and bits. How ever the front box plate when installed is very shaky and will need to be reinforced for it to last in an actual work truck that does work truck things. I was also extremely disappointed that only the half plates lock. I was under the impression that all of the mounting plates were lockable.

See my review regarding the packout system for the bulkhead. Solid products followed up with solid customer service! I just chose to use them differently.
